English translation
A testamentary direction is subject to the condition that the expenditure of property under it must not constitute foolishness and frivolity on the part of the testator; otherwise, the testamentary direction shall be void.

يشترط في الوصية العهدية أن لا يكون صرف المال فيها سفها وعبثا من الموصي وإلا
