English translation
It is a condition for the spouses entering into the contract that neither be prohibited in marriage to the other. The prohibition may be permanent, with which marriage is not valid in any circumstance, or it may be non-permanent, with which marriage is valid in one circumstance but not another.

يشترط في الزوجين المتعاقدين أن لا يكون أحدهما محرماً على الآخر، والتحريم قد
يكون مؤبداً لا يصح معه الزواج بالحال، وقد يكون غير مؤبد، وهو ما يصح
