Article 75 of Jaafari Personal Status Law

What is prohibited by consanguinity is prohibited by breastfeeding. Thus, the following categories are prohibited to a man: 1 - The nursing woman. 2 - The nursing woman's daughter, however far descended. 3 - The nursing woman's mother, however far ascended, whether by consanguinity or breastfeeding. 4 - The nursing woman's sister, even if by breastfeeding. 5 - The sister, by consanguinity or breastfeeding, of the man to whom the milk is attributed. The following categories are prohibited to the breastfed female: 1 - The man to whom the milk is attributed. 2 - The son of the man to whom the milk is attributed.
