English translation
a- If both spouses are non-Muslims and embrace Islam together, their marriage shall continue. b- If the husband alone embraces Islam and his wife is a woman of the People of the Book, the marriage shall continue. If she is not a woman of the People of the Book, Islam shall be offered to her; if she embraces Islam or becomes a woman of the People of the Book, the marriage shall continue, and if she refuses, the marriage shall be annulled. c- If the wife alone embraces Islam, Islam shall be offered to the husband if he is competent to receive the offer. If he embraces Islam, the marriage shall continue, and if he refuses, the marriage shall be annulled. If he is not competent to receive the offer, the marriage shall be annulled immediately if she embraced Islam before consummation, and after the expiry of the waiting period if she embraced Islam after consummation.

أ- إذا كان الزوجان غير مسلمين ، واسلما معا ، فزواجهما باق.
ب - وإذا أسلم الزوج وحده وزوجته كتابية ، فالزواج باق ، وان كانت غير كتابية
، عرض عليها الاسلام ، فان اسلمت او صارت كتابية ، بقي الزواج ، وان ابت
فسخ الزواج.
ج - وإذا اسلمت الزوجة وحدها يعرض الاسلام على الزوج ، ان كان اهلا للعرض
فان أسلم بقي الزواج ، وان ابي فسخ الزواج.
وان لم يكن اهلا للعرض فسخ الزواج في الحال ، ان كان اسلامها قبل الدخول ،
