English translation
a- If the husband apostatizes, the marriage shall be annulled. However, if the apostasy occurs after consummation and he returns to Islam during the waiting period, the annulment shall be cancelled and the marital relationship restored. b- If the wife apostatizes, the marriage shall not be annulled. أ - إذا ارتد الزوج فسخ الزواج ، لكن إذا وقعت الردة بعد الدخول ، وعاد الى
الاسلام خلال العدة ، الغي الفسخ ، وعادت الزوجية.
