English translation
A- For the marriage to continue in the preceding cases, there must be no ground for prohibition between the spouses among the grounds set out in this Law. B- In all cases, it is impermissible to inquire into the sincerity of a person who declares their conversion to Islam, or into the motive for embracing Islam.

أ- يشترط لبقاء الزوجية في الاحوال السابقة ، الا يكون بين الزوجين سبب من
اسباب التحريم المبينة في هذا القانون.
ب - في جميع الاحوال لا يجوز البحث في صدق من يعلن اسلامه ، ولا في الباعث
