A woman is required to observe the waiting period: a - Upon separation after consummation or seclusion, whether valid or invalid due to an impediment under Sharia, in a valid marriage, and after consummation in an invalid marriage. b - Upon the husband's death in a valid marriage. c - Upon intercourse under a mistaken belief of lawfulness.

تجب العدة على المرأة :
ا - بالفرقة بعد الدخول او الخلوة ، صحيحة او فاسدة لمانع شرعي في الزواج
الصحيح ، وبعد الدخول في الزواج الفاسد.
ب – بوفاة الزوج في زواج صحيح.
