Article 158 of Personal Status Law

a- If the husband of a revocably divorced woman dies during her waiting period, she shall begin anew the waiting period for death by waiting four months and ten days from his death. b - In an irrevocable separation by divorce or annulment, if the man dies during the waiting period, the woman shall complete her waiting period and shall not move to the waiting period for death, subject to the provision of case 5 in paragraph c of the preceding article. c - A woman with whom intercourse has taken place under a mistaken belief of lawfulness in an invalid marriage contract, or without a contract, if the man dies leaving her, her waiting period shall be the waiting period for separation, not the waiting period for death.
