English translation
A will is concluded orally or in writing; if the testator is incapable of either, it is concluded by his intelligible gesture. In the event of denial, in occurrences taking place from the date this Law comes into force, no claim concerning a will or its oral revocation shall be heard after the testator's death unless there are official documents, or private documents written in his handwriting bearing his seal, signature or fingerprint, indicating the foregoing, or the testator's signature on the document containing the will or its revocation has been authenticated. In cases of necessity, an oral will may be proved by the testimony of two upright witnesses who were present when it was made.
