English translation
For a bequest to be valid, it must not involve a sin, and its motive must not be contrary to the purposes of the Divine Lawgiver. If the testator is not Muslim, the bequest shall be valid unless it is prohibited under Islamic Sharia.

يشترط في صحة الوصية الا تكون بمعصية ، والا يكون الباعث عليها منافيا لمقاصد
الشارع.
