Law Index 1160 Home Page Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status 1 - That it be known. 2 - That it exist at the time of the bequest if it is specifically identified. If it is not specifically identified, it is not required to exist at the time of the bequest or at the time of the testator's death, subject to the provisions of Article 279.

۱ - ان يكون معلوما.
۲ - ان يكون موجودا عند الوصية ان كان معينا.
فإن لم يكن معينا لا يشترط ان يكون موجودا عند الوصية ولا وقت موت الموصي
