English translation
A bequest to persons who cannot be enumerated shall be valid and shall be reserved for the needy among them. Its distribution among them shall be left to the discretion of the person entitled to execute the bequest, without being bound by universal distribution or equality. Execution of the bequest shall be entrusted to the person selected by the testator; if there is none, to the person appointed by the court.

تصح الوصية لمن لا يحصون ، ويختص بها المحتاجون منهم ، ويترك امر توزيعها
بينهم لاجتهاد من له تنفيذ الوصية دون التقييد بالتعميم او المساواة. وتنفيذ الوصية
