English translation
If the bequest is shared between specified persons and a group or an entity, or is shared between a group and an entity, or is shared among them all, each specified person, each individual of the individuals of a determinate group, each indeterminate group, and each entity shall have a share of the bequeathed property, unless the testator provides otherwise.

إذا كانت الوصية مشتركة بين معينين ، وجماعة أو جهة ، او كانت مشتركة بين جماعة
وجهة ، او كانت مشتركة بينهم جميعا ، كان لكل معين ، ولكل فرد من الافراد
الجماعة المحصورة ، ولكل جماعة غير محصورة ، ولكل جهة سهم من الموصي به ،
