English translation
a - If the bequest the specified person, or the group, is invalid, the bequeathed property shall revert to the estate. b - If the remaining bequests and that in respect of which the bequest is invalid exceed one-third, the one-third shall be distributed among the legatees and the heirs in proportion to the remaining bequests and that in respect of which the bequest is invalid.

أ- إذا بطلت الوصية المعين ، او الجماعة ، عاد الموصي به الى التركة.
ب - إذا زاد باقي الوصايا ، وما بطلت فيه الوصية على الثلث ، وزع الثلث على
