Article 246 of Personal Status Law

a- If the pregnant woman gives birth to two or more live children at the same time, or at two times separated by less than six months, the bequest shall be divided equally among them unless the will provides otherwise. b - If one of them is delivered without life, the living among them shall be entitled to all and the bequest. c - If one of the children dies after birth, then, in a bequest of specific assets, his share shall be divided among his heirs. In a bequest of benefits, his share of the consideration for the benefit up to the time of his death shall be divided among his heirs, and after his death it shall revert to the testator's heirs.
