English translation
If the debt does not exhaust the estate, and all or part of it is satisfied from the bequeathed property, the legatee may have recourse for the amount of the debt satisfied, within the limit of one-third of the remainder of the estate after payment of the debt.

إذا كان الدين غير مستغرق ، واستوفى كله او بعضه من الموصي به ، كان للموصي
