English translation
If the bequest is of the equivalent of the share of an unspecified heir among the testator's heirs, the legatee shall be entitled to the share of one of them in addition to the prescribed allotment if the shares are equal, and to the share of the one with the smallest share in addition to the prescribed allotment if the shares are unequal.

إذا كانت الوصية بمثل نصيب وارث غير معين من ورثة الموصي استحق الموصي
له نصيب أحدهم زائدا على الفريضة ان كانت السهام متساوية ، ونصيب اقلهم
