English translation
If the bequest is of a specified amount of money or a specific asset, and the estate includes a debt receivable or absent property, then, if the bequeathed property falls within one-third of the estate's available assets, the legatee shall be entitled to it. Otherwise, he shall be entitled to so much of it as equals that third, and the remainder shall belong to the heirs. Whenever anything becomes available, the legatee shall be entitled to one-third of it until his entitlement is satisfied.

إذا كانت الوصية بقدر محدد من النقود ، او بعين ، وكان في التركة دين او مال
غائب ، فان خرج الموصي به من ثلث الحاضر من التركة ، استحقه الموصي له ،
والا استحق منه بقدر هذا الثلث وكان الباقي للورثة ، وكلما حضر شيء استحق
