English translation
If the bequest is of an undivided share in a category of the estate, and the estate includes a debt or absent property, the legatee shall be entitled to his share of the available property of that category if that share falls within one third of the available estate. Otherwise, the legatee shall be entitled to so much of his share as equals that third, and the remainder shall belong to the heirs. Whenever any property becomes available, the legatee shall be entitled, to the extent of one third of it, to the category in which a share was bequeathed, provided that this does not harm the heirs. If it harms them, the legatee shall receive the value of the remainder of his share in the bequeathed category from one third of what becomes available until his entitlement is fully satisfied.

إذا كانت الوصية بسهم شائع في نوع من التركة، وكان فيها دين ، او مال غائب
استحق الموصي له سهمه في الحاضر من هذا النوع ان كان هذا السهم يخرج من ثلث
الحاضر من التركة ، والا استحق الموصي له من سهمه بقدر هذا الثلث ، ويكون
الباقي للورثة وكلما حضر شيء استحق الموصي له بقدر ثلثه من النوع الموصي بسهم
فيه ، على الا يضر ذلك بالورثة ، فان كان يضر بهم اخذ الموصي له قيمة ما بقي من
