English translation
a. If a bequest is of an undivided share in a specified asset and it perishes or is claimed by its rightful owner, the legatee shall receive nothing. b. If part perishes or is claimed by its rightful owner, the legatee shall take his entire bequest from the remainder if it is sufficient and the bequest falls within one-third of the estate. c. If the remainder is insufficient for the bequest and falls within the one-third, he shall take the entire remainder, Law Index 1166 Home Page Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status and if it is sufficient for the bequest but exceeds the one-third, he shall take from it an amount equivalent to one-third of the estate.

أ- إذا كانت الوصية بحصة شائعة في معين ، فهلك او استحق ، فلا شيء للموصي
له.
ب - إذا هلك البعض أو استحق اخذ الموصي له جميع وصيته من الباقي ان وسعها
، وكانت تخرج من ثلث التركة.
ج - وان كان الباقي لا يفي بالوصية وهو يخرج من الثلث ، اخذ الباقي كله ،
