English translation
a- If the heirs or any one of them prevents the legatee from enjoying the property for all or part of the period, the obstructing person shall be liable to compensate him for the usufruct, unless the legatee and all the heirs agree to compensate him by enjoyment for another period. b- If the prevention of enjoyment is attributable to the testator, or to an excuse that intervenes between the legatee and enjoyment, the legatee shall be entitled to another period from the time the impediment ceases.

أ- إذا منع الورثة او أحدهم الموصي له من الانتفاع بالعين كل المدة او بعضها ، ضمن
له المعترض بدل المنفعة الا إذا اتفق الموصي له وكل الورثة على تعويضه بالانتفاع
مدة اخرى.
ب - إذا كان المنع من الانتفاع من جهة الموصي ، او لعذر حال بين الموصي له والانتفاع
