English translation
Subject to the provisions of the preceding two Articles: A - If the bequest of usufruct is to an indeterminate group of people not expected to cease to exist, or to a charitable entity, and the bequest is perpetual or unrestricted, the legatees shall be entitled to the usufruct by way of affirmation. B - If the bequest is perpetual or unrestricted to an indeterminate group of people expected to cease to exist, the legatees shall be entitled to the usufruct until their extinction.

مع مراعاة احكام المادتين السابقتين :
أ- إذا كانت الوصية بالمنفعة لقوم غير محصورين لا يظن انقطاعهم أو لجهة من
جهات البر ، وكانت الوصية مؤبدة او مطلقة ، استحق الموصي لهم المنفعة على وجه
التأييد.
ب - فاذا كانت الوصية مؤبدة او مطلقة لقوم غير محصورين يظن انقطاعهم استحق
