English translation
If the bequest is of yield or fruit, the legatee shall be entitled to the yield or fruit existing at the time of the testator’s death and whatever arises thereof in the future, unless an indication shows otherwise.

إذا كانت الوصية بالغلة او الثمرة ، فللموصي له الغلة او الثمرة القائمة وقت موت
