English translation
In a bequest of a share of usufruct, the share shall be received by dividing the yield or fruit between the legatee and the testator's heirs in proportion to each party's share, by apportioning enjoyment by time or place, or by dividing the property itself if it admits of division without harm. In the event of disagreement, the court may designate one of these methods.

في الوصية بحصة من المنفعة تستوفي الحصة بقسمة الغلة او الثمرة بين الموصي له
وورثة الموصي بنسبة ما يخص كل فريق، او بالمهايأة زمانا او مكاناً، أو بقسمة العين
