English translation
A bequest of usufruct lapses in the following cases: a - Upon the legatee's death before enjoying all or part of the bequeathed usufruct. b - Upon the legatee's purchase of the property whose usufruct was bequeathed to him. c - Upon his relinquishment of his right therein to the testator's heirs, with or without consideration. d - Upon establishment of another's title to the property whose usufruct was bequeathed.

تسقط الوصية بالمنفعة في الحالات الآتية :
أ- بوفاة الموصي له قبل استيفاء المنفعة الموصي بها كلها او بعضها.
ب- بشراء الموصي له العين التي اوصى له بمنفعتها.
ج- بتنازله عن حقه فيها لورثة الموصي بعوض او بغير عوض.
