English translation
If a bequest of usufruct to a specified person is perpetual, for his lifetime, or unrestricted, the legatee shall be entitled to the usufruct for his lifetime, provided that his entitlement to the usufruct arises within thirty-three lunar years from the testator's death.

إذا كانت الوصية بالمنفعة لمعين مؤبدة ، او لمدة حياته ، او مطلقة ، استحق الموصي
له المنفعة مدة حياته ، بشرط ان ينشأ استحقاقه للمنفعة في مدى ثلاث وثلاثين سنة
