English translation
If the bequest is of a periodic payment from the yield of the estate, or from the yield of a specific property therein, for a specified period, the estate or property shall be valued subject to the bequeathed periodic payment. If it falls within one-third of the assets, the bequest shall take effect; if it exceeds that and the heirs do not approve the excess, it shall take effect to the extent of one-third, and the excess periodic payment and the corresponding portion of the estate or property shall belong to the testator’s heirs.

إذا كانت الوصية بمرتب من غلة التركة ، أو من غلة عين منها لمدة معينة ، تقوم
التركة او العين ، محملة بالمرتب الموصي به ، فان خرج من ثلث المال نفذت الوصية
، وان زاد عليه ، ولم يجز الورثة الزيادة نفذ منها بقدر الثلث ، وكان الزائد من المرتب
