English translation
a - A bequest of periodic payments from capital for a specified period is valid, and such part of the testator's property as guarantees implementation of the bequest without harming the heirs shall be allocated. b - If what is allocated to guarantee implementation of the bequest exceeds one-third of the estate and the heirs do not approve the excess, an amount equal to one-third shall be allocated therefrom. The bequest shall be implemented out of it and its yield until the legatee has received periodic payments equivalent to one-third of the estate at death, or until the period expires, or the legatee dies.

أ- تصح الوصية بالمرتبات من رأس المال لمدة معينة ، ويخصص من مال الموصي ما
يضمن تنفيذ الوصية على وجه لا يضر بالورثة.
ب - فاذا زاد ما خصص لضمان تنفيذ الوصية على ثلث التركة ولم يجز الورثة الزيادة
يخصص منه بقدر الثلث ، وتنفذ الوصية فيه وفي غلته الى ان يستوفي الموصي له من
المرتبات ما يعادل ثلث التركة حين الوفاة ، او الى ان تنقضي المدة ، او يموت الموصي
