English translation
A- If the testamentary disposition is for the sale of a specific property to the beneficiary at a specified price, or its lease to the beneficiary for a specified period and at a specified rent, and the price or rent is below the customary equivalent by a gross undervalue covered by one-third of the estate, or by a slight undervalue, the testamentary disposition shall take effect. B- If the gross undervalue is not covered by the third, and the heirs do not authorize the excess, the testamentary disposition shall not take effect unless the beneficiary agrees to pay that excess.

أ- إذا كانت الوصية ببيع العين للموصي له بثمن معين، أو بتأجيرها له لمدة معينة
، و بأجرة مسماة ، وكان الثمن او الاجرة اقل من المثل بغبن فاحش يخرج من ثلث
التركة او بغبن يسير ، نفذت الوصية.
ب- وإن كان الغبن الفاحش لا يخرج من الثلث ، ولم يجز الورثة الزيادة فلا تنفذ
