English translation
If a bequest of usufruct is for a specified period and to a determinate group of persons, and thereafter to persons whose line is not expected to cease, or to a charitable cause, and none of the determinate persons exists within thirty-three lunar years from the testator’s death, or within the specified period of usufruct, or exists during that period but dies out before its end, the usufruct for all or part of the period, as the case may be, shall go to the charitable causes of more general benefit.

إذا كانت الوصية بالمنفعة لمدة معينة ، ولقوم محصورين ، ثم من بعدهم لمن لا يظن
انقطاعهم ، أو لجهة من جهات البر ، ولم يوجد أحد من المحصورين خلال ثلاث
وثلاثين سنة قمرية من وفاة الموصي ، او خلال المدة المعينة للمنفعة او وجد خلال
هذه المدة وانقرض قبل نهايتها كانت المنفعة في المدة كلها او بعضها على حسب
