English translation
If the bequest is of a specific asset of the estate, or a type of its assets, and the bequeathed property perishes or is found to belong to another, the legatee shall receive nothing. If part of it perishes or is found to belong to another, the legatee shall take what remains thereof if it falls within one-third of the estate; otherwise, he shall have a share therein to the extent of the one-third.

إذا كانت الوصية بعين من التركة ، او بنوع من انواعها ، فهلك الموصي به ، او
استحق ، فلا شيء للموصي له ، وإذا هلك بعضه، او استحق ، اخذ الموصي لـه مـا
