English translation
If the bequest is of an undivided share of the estate, and the estate includes a debt receivable or absent property, the legatee shall be entitled to his share of what is present thereof, and whenever anything becomes present, he shall be entitled to his share therein.

إذا كانت الوصية بسهم شائع في التركة ، وكان فيها دين او مال غائب ، استحق
