English translation
If the bequest of usufructs is multiple and arranged in classes, the entitlement of the lower class shall arise when there is no hope of the existence of anyone belonging to the higher class, or upon their extinction, subject to the provisions of the two preceding Articles. If all classes become extinct, the corpus shall form part of the estate unless the testator has bequeathed it or part of it to others.

إذا كانت الوصية بالمنافع متعددة ومرتبة الطبقات ، يكون استحقاق الطبقة السفلى
عند اليأس من وجود أحد من اهل الطبقة العليا ، أو انقراضهم ، مع مراعاة الاحكام
الواردة في المادتين السابقتين. وإذا انقرضت جميع الطبقات كانت العين تركة الا إذا
