English translation
A bequest of corporeal property to a person not yet in existence, and to a group comprising persons in existence and persons not yet in existence who are countable, shall be valid. If none of the legatees exists at the time of the testator's death, the yield shall belong to his heirs. When there is no longer any hope of any of the legatees coming into existence, the bequeathed property shall become the property of the testator's heirs. If any of the legatees exists at the testator's death or thereafter, the yield shall belong to that legatee until another comes into existence and shares it with that legatee. Each of them who comes into existence shall share it with those in existence at the time the yield arises, until there is no longer any hope of another entitled person coming into existence; thereupon, the property and the yield shall belong to all the legatees, and the share of any of them who dies shall form part of that person's estate.
