English translation
a- If the legatee accepts part of the bequest and rejects the other part, the bequest shall be binding as to what is accepted and void as to what is rejected. b - If there are multiple legatees and some accept while others reject, it shall be binding in respect of the share of those who accept and void in respect of the share of those who reject.

أ- إذا قبل الموصي له بعض الوصية ، ورد البعض الآخر لزمت الوصية فيما قبل ،
وبطلت فيما رد.
ب - إذا تعدد الموصي لهم فقبل بعضهم ، ورد البعض الآخر لزمت في نصيب من
