English translation
a. A bequest shall not be invalidated by its rejection before the testator's death. b. If the legatee rejects all or part of the bequest after death and before acceptance, it shall be void as to the portion rejected. c. If he rejects all or part of it after death and acceptance, and any heir accepts that rejection from him, the bequest shall be rescinded. If none of them accepts it from him, his rejection shall be void.

أ- لا تبطل الوصية بردها قبل موت الموصي.
ب - إذا رد الموصي له الوصية كلها او بعضها بعد الموت وقبل القبول بطلت فيما
رد.
ج - وإذا ردها كلها او بعضها بعد الموت والقبول، وقبل منه ذلك أحد من الورثة
