English translation
a- If the legatee exists at the testator's death, he shall be entitled to the bequeathed property from the time of death, unless the wording of the will indicates that entitlement is established at a specified time after death. b - The increments of the bequeathed property from the time of entitlement until acceptance shall belong to the legatee if acceptance occurs after the commencement of entitlement, and shall not be considered a bequest. أ- إذا كان الموصي له موجودا عند موت الموصي ، استحق الموصي به من حين الموت
، ما لم يفد نص الوصية ثبوت الاستحقاق في وقت معين بعد الموت.
ب - تكون للموصي له زوائد الموصي به من حين الاستحقاق الى القبول ، إذا كان
القبول متأخرا عن بدء الاستحقاق ، ولا تعتبر وصية ، وعلى الموصي له نفقة الموصي
