English translation
If only one of the legatees exists, he shall exclusively receive the yield or the bequeathed corpus, unless the testator's wording indicates, or there is an indication, that he intended a plurality. إذا لم يوجد من الموصي لهم غير واحد ، انفرد بالغلة ، او بالعين الموصي بها ، الا إذا
دلت عبارة الموصي ، او قامت قرينة على انه قصد التعدد ، ففي هذه الحالة يصرف
للموصي له نصيبه من الغلة ، ويعطى الباقي لورثة الموصي ، وتقسم العين بين
