English translation
If the bequest is for multiple pious acts, and the property from which the bequest is to be implemented is insufficient for them: a- If the kinships are of equal degrees, distribution among them shall be equal. b- If they are of different degrees, obligatory duties shall take precedence over required duties, and required duties over supererogatory acts, in the foregoing manner.

إذا كانت الوصية بقربات متعددة ، ولم يف بها ما تنفذ فيه الوصية :
أ- فان كانت القرابات متحدة الدرجات ، كان التوزيع بينها بالتساوي.
ب - وان كانت مختلفة الدرجات ، قدمت الفرائض على الواجبات والواجبات على
