English translation
A- If the testamentary dispositions exceed one-third of the estate and the heirs do not authorize the excess, the third shall be divided proportionately among the testamentary dispositions. B- If the heirs authorize the excess, and it is insufficient to satisfy the total testamentary dispositions, the estate shall be divided proportionately among the testamentary dispositions.

أ- إذا زادت الوصايا على ثلث التركة ، ولم يجز الورثة الزيادة قسم الثلث بين الوصايا
بالمحاصة.
ب - إذا اجاز الورثة الزيادة ، وكانت لا تفي بمجموع الوصايا ، قسمت التركة بين
