English translation
If the testator demolishes the bequeathed property, joins the land to land owned by him, and builds upon both, the legatee shall share with the heirs in all the land and building in proportion to the value of his land.

إذا هدم الموصي العين الموصي بها ، وضم الارض الى ارض مملوكة له ، وبنى عليهما
