English translation
a - If the testator alters the features of the bequeathed property, or adds to its structure something that cannot stand independently, such as restoration, the entire property shall constitute a bequest. b - If the addition can stand independently, such as planting or building, the heirs shall share with the legatee in the entire property to the value of the existing addition.

أ- إذا غير الموصي معالم العين الموصي بها ، او زاد في عمارتها شيئا مما لا يستقل بنفسه
، كالترميم ، كانت العين كلها وصية.
ب - وان كانت الزيادة مما يستقل بنفسه كالغراس والبناء ، شارك الورثة الموصي له
