English translation
a - If the testator demolishes the building on the bequeathed property and restores it to its original condition, the property in its new condition shall constitute a bequest even if he changes its features. b - If he rebuilds it in another manner, the property shall be jointly owned in proportion to the value of the building for the heirs and the value of the land for the legatee.

أ - إذا هدم الموصي بناء العين الموصي بها ، واعادة على حالته الاولى كانت العين
بحالتها الجديدة وصية ولو غير معالمها .
ب - وان اعاد البناء على وجه آخر كانت العين شركة بنسبة قيمة البناء للورثة،
