English translation
a- If residuary heirs in their own right belong to the same line of relationship, the person entitled to inherit shall be the nearest of them in degree to the deceased. b- If they belong to the same line and degree, priority shall be determined by the strength of kinship: a person related through both parents shall have priority over a person related through the father alone. c- If they are equal in line, degree, and strength, the inheritance shall be divided equally among them.

أ- إذا اتحدت العصبة بالنفس في الجهة ، كان المستحق للإرث أقربهم درجة الى الميت.
ب - إذا اتحدوا في الجهة والدرجة ، كان التقديم بقوة القرابة ، فمن كانت قرابته من
الابوين ، قدم على من كانت قرابته من الاب فقط .
