Article 308 of Personal Status Law

a- Residuary heirs together with others are: Full sisters or paternal half-sisters together with daughters or sons’ daughters, however far down the son’s line, and they shall receive the residue of the estate after the prescribed shares. b- In this case, in relation to the remaining residuary heirs, they shall be regarded as full brothers or paternal half-brothers and shall be subject to their rules of priority by line, degree, and strength of kinship.
