Article 307 of Personal Status Law

a- Residuary heirs through another are: 1- Daughters together with sons. 2- Sons' daughters, however low the descent, together with sons' sons, however low the descent, if they are of the same degree as those females in all cases, or are of a lower degree than those females if those females would not otherwise inherit. - Full sisters together with full brothers, and paternal half-sisters together with paternal half-brothers. b- In these cases, inheritance among them shall be such that the male receives the share of two females.
