Residuary heirs in their own right have four classes, some taking precedence over others in inheritance in the following order: 1 - Descendancy, including sons and sons’ sons, however far descending. 2 - Ascendancy, including the father and the agnatic grandfather, however far ascending. - Brotherhood, including full brothers, paternal half-brothers, and their sons, however far descending. 4 - Paternal unclehood, including the deceased’s full or paternal half-uncles, his father’s paternal uncles likewise, and the paternal uncles of his agnatic grandfather, however far ascending, and the sons of those mentioned, however far descending.

للعصبة بالنفس جهات أربع ، مقدم بعضها على بعض في الارث على الترتيب الآتي
:
١ - البنوة ، وتشمل الابناء ، وابناء الابن وان نزل .
٢ - الابوة ، وتشمل الاب ، والجد العاصب وان علا .
- الاخوة ، وتشمل الاخوة للأبوين ، والاخوة لاب ، وابنائهما وان نزلوا.
٤ - العمومة ، وتشمل اعمام الميت لأبوين ، او لاب ، واعمام ابيه كذلك ، واعمام جده
