English translation
The disciplinary penalties imposed on members of the General Department of Investigations are: Admonition – warning – dismissal from service. The penalty of admonition shall be issued by a reasoned decision of the Minister of Interior; the penalties of warning and dismissal shall be imposed through the Disciplinary Council.

العقوبات التأديبية التي توقع على أعضاء الإدارة العامة للتحقيقات هي:
التنبيه – الإنذار - الفصل من الخدمة.
وتصدر عقوبة التنبيه بقرار مسبب من وزير الداخلية، أما عقوبتي الإنذار والفصل
