English translation
A representative of the public prosecution may not sit in the same circuit with a judge to whom he is related by blood or marriage up to the fourth degree. Nor may there be a relationship by blood or marriage up to the fourth degree between the representative of the public prosecution and any litigant or his defence counsel.

لا يجوز أن يجلس ممثل للإدعاء العام بينه صلة قرابة أو مصاهرة حتى الدرجة
الرابعة مع قاضي في دائرة واحدة.
كما لا يجوز أن يكون بين ممثل الإدعاء العام وأحد الخصوم أو المدافع عنه صلــة
