English translation
A member of the Directorate General of Investigations shall be referred to the Disciplinary Board by decision of the Minister of Interior upon the submission of the Director General of Investigations. The Disciplinary Board may conduct such investigations as it considers necessary and may delegate the investigation to a member of the Directorate General of Investigations whose position is not lower than Chief Investigator (a).

يحال عضو الإدارة العامة للتحقيقات إلى مجلس التأديب بقرار من وزير الداخلية
بناء على عرض مدير عام التحقيقات. ويجوز لمجلس التأديب أن يجري ما يراه لازما
من التحقيقات، وله أن يندب للتحقيق أحد أعضاء الإدارة العامة للتحقيقات،
